This beef will be available for delivery in the summer of 2021.
Thanks for ordering with us! We will contact you to confirm that we have received your order and to answer any questions that you may have. You will receive an invoice when we know the exact hanging weight and processing costs just before delivery of the meat.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your beef. The deposit will be put towards the final cost of the beef. Payment in full is required at the time of pick-up or delivery. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, e-transfer (firstname.lastname@example.org), or cash. If it would be convenient for you to pay in installments leading up to your order delivery date, let us know.
Price for 1/4 (Split Half) Beef: $4.40/lb based on the hanging weight plus processing for your order. A list of estimated fees is included below:

An additional charge may apply for delivery of meat to locations more than 150 km away from Mayerthorpe.
The amount of meat you receive might be about 60% of the hanging weight, depending on cuts (in this example, about 108 lbs of meat for the freezer).
Steaks: You will receive rib eye, tenderloin, strip loin, and top sirloin steaks. Steaks will be cut to 1 inch thickness and be portioned 2 per package.
Ground beef will be packaged in 1-2 lb portions.
Roasts: You will receive a combination of cross-rib, bottom sirloin, and sirloin-tip roasts. Standard weight for each is 3-4 lbs.
You will also receive stew meat.

The standard is for the meat to be paper-wrapped and the ground meat to be in plastic tubes that are sealed. Vacuum-seal packages may also be available for an additional 25 cents/bag; let me know if you want this option.
We will call you to arrange pick-up or delivery of your meat once it is ready.
