2 cups (1 lb) salted butter, room temperature
2 cups mild flavored oil (such as grape seed oil or sunflower oil, but NOT olive oil as it tastes too strong)
1. Allow the butter to sit at room temperature until it softens.
2. Place the butter and oil in a blender and mix thoroughly.
